We design and sew each piece in our line. A retail partner manages the sale, sends the parcel, and keeps the records for your order.

Who handles the dispatch

Our retail partner manages the inventory, packs every parcel, and sends it out. We do not run the storefront, take payments, or pack the boxes.

All details about dispatch dates, parcel progress, and transit updates belong to that partner. You can find those updates directly inside your order details on the site where you made the purchase.

Where we can step in

We answer questions about the physical items we make. Reach out to us if you need to discuss how our moving totes hold up, how the vacuum valves work, or how to wash our reusable bed pads.

Every moving tote is sewn from 180 GSM coated PE fabric, measures 29 x 14 x 13 in, holds over 23 gallons, and carries 65 lb. Our washable bed pads are built for 500 washes. If you need help with materials or dimensions, ask us.

Finding your order details

Look at the order page on the platform where you placed the purchase for any questions about delivery status or parcel handling. That account area contains the official record of your transaction.

Because the shop belongs to our retail partner, we cannot see parcel numbers or change an address once an order is placed. The partner maintains those tools inside your account.
