What to do when an item has to go back

Our retail partner handles the purchase and the return process. We want to hear directly about any flaw in the stitching, materials, or hardware so we can fix how we build the next run.

How the return process works

Your order was placed with our retail partner, not directly with our workshop. They manage the sale, so any return follows their standard steps, schedule, and account tools.

Open your order details on their site to start the process. They handle the physical return of the item from start to finish.

When to reach out to us directly

We want to know whenever a piece fails to do what we built it to do. Tell us if a seam pulls open, a zipper teeth track splits, a valve leaks, or a hand pump will not hold a seal.

Photos of the failed spot help our cutting table and sewing line. We look closely at every torn handle joint or broken pull tab to change how we stitch future batches.

What our workshop does with your notes

Every note about a failed part goes to the people who cut the fabric and run the sewing machines. We track every tear in our 180 GSM coated PE cloth and every seam that gave out under load.

Your feedback shows us where thread tension was off, where box stitches need more passes, or where a molded part needs cleaner edges.
