How to reach us and what we can answer

We can answer questions about the materials we cut, our measurements, and how our goods behave at home. Questions about your order belong with our retail partner.

Questions about the goods we make

Write to us when you want to know about our materials or how things fit. We can tell you how our 180 GSM coated PE fabric holds up, how much bulk our moving totes take, or how our vacuum storage bags draw out about 80% of the air.

We can also explain how to care for our washable bed pads across their 500 washes, or give you details on the shape of our molded sleep mask and the feel of our disposable face towels.

Questions about your order and parcel

Ask our retail partner about everything that happens after you place an order. We do not run the store, so we cannot look up your account, change your address, or find where a parcel is right now.

The retail partner handles the checkout and sends out the box. If you need to check on an order, open the confirmation you received or log into the site where you placed it, because those records sit with them.

Our office and why it stays closed to visitors

Our address is a desk office where we design and plan what we make. It is not a showroom or a store, so we do not keep stock on display, and there is nothing here to try on or carry home.

Please do not send items to our office. We have no staff to receive parcels here, and anything sent to our desks cannot be processed. All orders and parcel questions must stay with our retail partner.
